  1. Licensure Pathways - Create fair, competency based routes that recognize training and experience so qualified physicians can serve where they are needed most.
  2. Visa Modernization - Streamline immigration policies for physicians and trainees who want to practice in the United States and care for underserved populations.
  3. Workforce Inclusion - Design targeted programs and incentives that align IMG talent with safety net hospitals, rural facilities, and community clinics.
