 UNITY FWD is the humanitarian service initiative of Project IMG, created to organize and mobilize medically trained volunteers to serve vulnerable communities. Through meaningful service, community partnerships, and measurable impact, we are building a global culture of compassion rooted in one fundamental belief: Health is a Human Right.

Our Mission

 

To organize, mobilize, and support medically trained volunteers in serving vulnerable communities through meaningful, structured, and measurable humanitarian action.

Through UNITY FWD, we connect UnityAgents with community health opportunities, nonprofit partners, and Forward Actions that allow them to contribute their knowledge, skills, and compassion where they are needed most.

We are equally committed to documenting that service, recognizing individual contribution, and measuring the impact created in the communities we serve.

Serving Vulnerable Communities

 

UNITY FWD brings UnityAgents together with nonprofit and community partners to serve people and communities facing health, social, and economic challenges.

Our Community Health Actions support vulnerable populations including women, children, people experiencing homelessness, older adults, people with disabilities, refugees, people experiencing poverty, and individuals facing medical illness.

Through health education, outreach, screenings, resource distribution, referrals, and other forms of direct service, UnityAgents contribute where their knowledge, skills, and compassion can make a meaningful difference.

Supporting Global Health Equity

 

UNITY FWD connects local service with a broader commitment to advancing health equity across communities and countries.

By mobilizing UnityAgents, strengthening partnerships, and supporting meaningful Community Health Actions, we create opportunities for medically trained volunteers to contribute to health needs wherever they live and serve.

Our work is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, with a primary focus on SDG 3: Good Health and Well Being. By documenting service, community reach, and measurable outcomes, UNITY FWD helps connect individual acts of compassion to a larger global effort to improve health and well being for all.
