HOSPITAL ROTATIONS
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To participate in our clinical, you meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Medical Students: Pursuing an MBBS, MD, or DO degree
- Graduate/Professional Individuals: Hold one of the above degrees
Our clinical rotations program does not have a USMLE requirement. All eligible participants, regardless of USMLE status, are welcome to apply and participate in our program.
ROTATION FEES
Enrollment Fee:
To enroll in our rotations program, a $350 fee is required along with your documents. This deposit is non-refundable but will be credited to your account for any of our rotations.
Rotation Fee:
The required pro-rated rotation fee is $2,000 per rotation (4 weeks). This fee is not paid upon submission of an application. Tuition will be due ONLY after acceptance by the hospital. You will receive an acceptance email with payment information, as well as an acceptance letter for Visa purposes. You will have 72 hours to complete this payment. Please note that our program does not currently offer any financial grants or scholarships. Our rotations are structured as 4-week programs. The fees cover the physician's payment, coordination services, and administrative costs.
An additional $54 fee is required for a background check.
Please note that participants are responsible for their own insurance, accommodation, travel, and food expenses. These costs are not included in the clinical experience fee.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Most participants typically apply four to six months before their desired start date. Applying well in advance allows ample time for planning additional details of the rotation, such as housing and transportation. It also provides the opportunity to secure better deals on these items, as prices tend to increase closer to the start date.
Our program has a firm deadline for applications, requiring individuals to apply no later than 45 days before their rotation start date. It is advisable to complete payment and submit all necessary documents within this timeframe as well. Applying in advance ensures that applicants meet enrollment requirements and have sufficient time to secure a visa if necessary.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
To postpone or switch rotations, you must provide the reason for needing to change your clinical program. This is necessary because your reservation reserves a spot that could otherwise be available to other participants. Any fees that have been paid will be credited towards the new rotation.
